Purpose

OPP Standard provides educational assessments of a business’s online presence and performance. A preliminary OPP Score is an estimate based primarily on public information and is not a guarantee of accuracy, revenue, rankings, leads or business results.

Submitted businesses

You represent that you have a legitimate interest in requesting information about the business you submit. You may not use the service for harassment, impersonation, unlawful surveillance or abuse.

Scoring

Scores, categories, findings and recommendations may change as information is verified, data sources change or the OPP methodology develops. A Verified OPP Report is distinct from a free preliminary assessment.

Communications

Submitting a request allows us to respond about that request. Promotional email consent is optional and separate. A call request does not reserve a calendar time.

Plans and website concepts

A plan request does not create a paid subscription. Scope, access, delivery expectations and payment are confirmed before work begins. Standard plans are month-to-month for one business/location; custom work, paid-ad management and ad spend are separate. Website concepts are proposed designs, not finished or published customer websites.

Acceptable use

You may not attempt to interfere with the site, submit automated requests, reverse engineer protected scoring systems or misuse reports to misrepresent another business.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the OPP platform develops. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
