OPP Standard collects information you voluntarily provide, including your name, email address, telephone number, business name and location, to review and deliver your requested OPP report, respond to plan or quote requests, and arrange requested calls. Optional promotional email consent is collected separately.

Public business information

We may analyze publicly available information about the submitted business, including websites, listings, reviews, search results and public social profiles.

How information is used

We use submitted information to provide the requested assessment, respond to questions, improve our services. Promotional emails are optional. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers

We may use service providers to process forms, send communications, host the website and analyze public business information. They receive information only as needed to provide those services.

Request storage and site activity

Submitted requests are stored in our hosted database and are accessible to the OPP account owner. We count aggregate site actions such as report requests and example views without including your contact details in those counters. Temporary rate-limit identifiers help prevent automated abuse.

Your choices

You may ask us to stop marketing communications or request deletion of information you submitted by emailing results@myoppscore.com.

Preliminary assessments

Free OPP Scores are preliminary assessments based on available public information. Information may be incomplete, outdated or associated with a different business location and may change after verification.

Updates

We may update this policy as the OPP platform and its service providers develop. The effective date above identifies the current version.
